How to Order Promotional Pencils

Ordering promotional pencils from is simple and safe! If you have any questions during the process of placing your personalized pencil order, contact us and we will be glad to walk you through the process.

How Do I Order via Phone?

How Do I Order Online?

Let’s say, for example, you have decided on our Economy Pencils here.

  1. First you pick the color of the pencil, which is called “Barrel Color“.
  2. Next, choose the Imprint Color. ie, the color you would like the text and/or logo to be.
  3. Then, in the “Personalization line, type in the text you want printed on the pencils. If no text is wanted, simply skip this option.
  4. Next, if you have a logo or image that you would like included on the pencil, click on the “Upload Your Logo” button and proceed to upload your file. Our art dept will make adjust the logo color, if needed, to match your imprint color choice. The system accepts most file types, but if you have trouble uploading your file, simply email that file to and include the Order number or your name. We’ll then email to acknowledge receipt or to follow up with any questions.
  5. Lastly, choose the quantity of pencils you would like to order (Most of our pencils have a minimum order amount of 500). Click the “Add To Cart” button and proceed to checkout.

What happens after I submit my order online?

  1. You should see a confirmation email in your inbox within a few minutes of hitting the “Submit Order” button at the end of the checkout process. If you don’t, check your Spam or email us and we’ll resend.
  2. Our art dept. will take your imprint choices and logo, if included, and construct an E-PROOF (a mock up of your text/logo on your pencil choice) that we then email you. So watch your inbox (also, please check your Spam folder)! Once you view the proof, you are able to suggest changes. When you are happy with the way it looks, we will THEN send your order to production. But never before you approve the proof.

We do accept purchase orders. You are given an option in the payment section at checkout to enter your PO #. However, a physical copy of the PO must be emailed/mailed to our offices before production can begin.

How do I give you my art/logo?
You have the opportunity to upload your art on the pencil/product page. If you have trouble doing so, simply email the file(s) to and reference your order number or name.

What file types of my logo do you accept? We’ll accept anything. 

Do I need to have my logo prepared in any way. For example, the color? No, if you choose a black imprint for your pencils and the logo is Pink, our art dept will change the logo color to Black for you.

Can I see a proof? How do I know what the pencil will look like with my information?
After your order has been placed, our Art Dept will contruct a mock up (e-proof) of the pencil with your information. We’ll then email that proof to you for your viewing. Only after you have approved the proof, will we send the order to production.

Do you charge for art and proofs? 
Never! This is free.

Are the set up fees? 
Never! This is free.

Do I have to order online?
No. You are welcome to call 1-800-603-6881 Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM CST to place your order.

Can I get the pencils rushed? 
Yes. We offer Rush Pencil orders here. On rush orders only, if you place the order and your proof is approved by 10 AM, your order will ship the same day. If the proof is approved after 10 AM, the order will ship the next working day.

How long does it take to receive the pencils? 
Pencil orders usually ship 5 working days from the date you approve the proof. For example, if approved on a Monday, they usually ship the following Monday.

Can I order less than the minimum?
Most often not. We DO allow “below minimum orders” (Absolute minimum is half of published minimum) but a $60 charge is added to the order. This works out on more expensive pencils, but never on our budget line.

Do I have to create an account before checkout?
No. But viewing order status, reorders and tracking are made much easier if you do.

Is your site secure? 
Yes! Our site is encrypted with 128-bit encryption to ensure a safe online experience.

We answer phones Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM CST. Emails are ofter answered up until 7 PM.
